

Guadalupe Garcia, 78, of San Benito, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 5, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on September 3, 1947, in San Benito, Guadalupe devoted her life to being a loving mother, homemaker, and joyful presence to all who knew her.
Guadalupe’s vibrant spirit was felt by everyone around her. She had a deep passion for music, dancing, and dressing up—simple joys that brought light and laughter into her home. Her greatest pride was her family, whom she loved wholeheartedly and supported unconditionally. She created a lifetime of cherished memories that her loved ones will hold close forever.
Guadalupe is survived by her children: Vincente Garcia Jr., Loranda Garcia, Jesse Garcia, Steve Garcia, Daniel Garcia, Maribel Garcia, Marisela Harris, and Selena Garcia. She is also survived by her siblings: Manuel Jaime, Manuela Garcia, Conchita Garcia, and Bella Flores. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Vincente Garcia.
She is additionally preceded in death by her siblings: Fidencio Jaime, Juanita Cidrian, Celia Conde, Jose Jaime, Eva Jaime, and Margarita Jaime.
Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Jorge Garcia, Adolfo Valdez, Jesse Jr. Garcia, Jeremy Garcia, Alexis Garcia, Casey Garcia, Bryan Donaire, Justice Garcia, Haley Garcia, Tyler Meckler, Faith Meckler, Lexus Mellor, Madison Garcia, Tommy Garcia, Isabelle Garcia, and Jameson Petty.
She was also a cherished great-grandmother to Jonathan Garcia, Mia Garcia, Novalee Garcia, Anastacia Garcia, Ethan Valdez, Aaron Valdez, Jazlyn Valdez, Amorie Valdez, Ashton Valdez, Elyzah Valdez, Noah Ochoa, Kaylee Penuelas, Layla Penuelas, Khloe Penuelas, Ellarose Penuelas, Joshua Garcia, and Alexandria Bunting.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta, with a Prayer Service at 6:00 PM.
Chapel Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 9:00 AM, at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta, with the Burial at 11:00 AM, at Mont Meta Memorial Park.
