Isabel Saucedo

She was also lovingly greeted in Heaven by her son Abel Saucedo; her granddaughter Stephanie Marie Saucedo; her great-grandson Christian Galindo; her parents, Jose and Ascension Suarez as well as her siblings, Esteban Suarez, Emilio Suarez, Guadalupe Franco, Rosa Falcon, Josefina Galván and other beloved family and friends.

Staying here to miss her is her devoted caretaker and daughter Sylvia Saucedo; children, Enrique Saucedo, Jr. (Bea), Celia Peña (Joe), Diana Barrera, Rick Saucedo, Noe Saucedo, David Saucedo, Sandy Saucedo (Andy), Zulema Saucedo, and Cynthia Saucedo. Also missing her are her grandchildren, Enrique Saucedo, III (Laura), Priscilla Barrera, Joey Pena (Amy), Michael Pena (Jennifer), Jennifer Barrera, Mindy Pena (Rudy), Ashley Ann Saucedo, David Saucedo, Jr., April Lynn Barrera, Isabella N. Saucedo, and Nathan Trevino; great grandchildren Alexa Saucedo, Iliana Saucedo, Isaias Galindo, Elijah Galindo, Christopher Galindo, Sophia Pena, Leia Pena, Emma Pena, Micah Pena, and Mateo Pena; all of whom already deeply miss her. She will also be missed by her siblings Blanca Exinia, Alicia Perez, Enrique Suarez, Jose Suarez and other numerous family and friends.

Mommy devoted 40 years of her life to the San Benito Consolidated School District at Frank Roberts Elementary as a baker and cook. She truly loved her job and always bragged about making the best rolls, “and by hand, mind you” as she’d say with much pride. We hope that the teachers and students that she so joyfully served for so many years will join us in ushering her into eternal life.

Mom lived an exemplary life dedicated to serving and taking care of others. She was a perfect example of hard work, love, toughness, courage, and patience in all she did. We all already miss you momma and can’t imagine our world without you in it. We will go on as you always told us to, and your memory will endlessly live on in all of us. We are all at peace knowing you are with daddy again, as you so desperately wanted to be and know that you are both preparing the table for us in Heaven, until we are all together again.

A Visitation for Isabel will be held Monday, July 28, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta, with a Rosary at 7:00 PM.

A Funeral Church Mass will take place Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Saint Theresa Catholic Church, 1300 Combes St, San Benito, TX 78586, with a Burial to follow at 11:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta & Memorial Park, 26170 TX-345, San Benito, TX 78586.
