She enjoyed watching Disney movies, her favorite was Cinderella. She enjoyed singing and was very good at it too. She had beautiful vocals. She loved collecting antiques and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
Teresita was someone who enjoyed working as soon as she was able to. Starting at the La Palma store, she went on to work many years at HEB, and finally as a substitute teacher. There was nothing more that she enjoyed than spoiling her nieces and nephews, as well as, the people who went to visit her. It was not often that you would visit and leave empty-handed as she always made it a point to send you off with a little something, even if it was from her own collection.
Teresita is survived by her brothers Robert Quesada and Adam Greg Cantu; her sisters Abby Lee Fuentes, Pamela Hernandez, and Marisela Salazar.
Teresita was preceded in death by her father Andres Quesada and her mother Angelita P. Quesada; her brother Ruben Quesada; her sisters, Ester Quesada and Bonnie Lou Garcia; her niece, who was like a daughter to her, Angie Nicole Hernandez.
The family would like to say a special thank you to Our Caring Hands Hospice for caring for her and all who lived with her and her sister Abby.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Jesus Hernandez, Jr., Angel Hernandez, Derrick J. Gonzalez, Jacob A. Machuca, Victor Reyes, Kristopher Quesada, Sam Cruz, and Ryan Quesada.
A Burial for Teresita will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Mont Meta & Memorial Park.
