Georgia Ann Gross

Mrs. Georgia Ann Gross, age 73, of Sandy Springs died October 26, 2015. Ann was a nurse and helped her husband in their medical practice. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Donald W. Gross and her parents Leora Whaley Brown and John R. Brown. Ann is survived by her sister Sandy Thomas and her husband Bob of Sandy Springs, nephews, Rob Thomas and his wife Kelly of Marietta and Alex Thomas of Sandy Springs; great nephew, Ian Thomas and great niece, Megan Thomas; aunts and cousins. A wonderful sister and aunt, she was a caring and generous person to her family and everyone she knew. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 30, 2015 at 12:00 o’clock noon at Sandy Springs Chapel. Rev. David Shivers will officiate. Interment will follow in Arlington Memorial Park. A Visitation and Reception with family and friends will be held Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. prior to the service at Sandy Springs Chapel Funeral Directors, 136 Mt. Vernon Hwy.
