Linda Marie Settle

Linda Marie Settle passed away peacefully at her home in Atlanta, Georgia on June 1, 2017 surrounded by loving family and friends. Linda was born in Savannah, Georgia on September 18, 1955. She graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology and then graduated from the Medical College of Georgia with her Physician Assistant’s degree. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, and friend and is survived by her husband Cliff, her sons Andrew in Kennesaw, GA and Thomas in Athens, GA, her brother Father Samuel Futral, III in Attica, IN., and her parents Samuel II and Virginia Futral in Roswell, GA. She loved her family and friends and was passionate about gardening, music, travel, and books and she was beloved by all those who knew her. She served many years with the North Fulton Master Gardeners and enjoyed this immensely. Linda is no longer with us, but she truly lived a life worthy of celebration by bringing joy to all of her friends and family. Funeral services will be held at Sandy Springs Chapel on Friday June 9, 2017 at 2:00pm with a reception to follow at the funeral home.
