Robert Francis Graves Sr.

.Robert F. Graves, Sr., age 85, of Marietta. GA died May 28, 2014. He was a graduate of Marigold High School in Marigold MS and a 1954 graduate of Mississippi State University. He served in the U.S. Army and from 1954-1994 he was employed by Oxford Industries and at the time of his retirement was V.P. of Manufacturing. Mr. Graves served on the Board of Directors of Mississippi State University Bulldog Club and was a member of the Rotary Club in Gaffney, SC and Atlanta, GA. Presently a member of Sandy Springs United Methodist Church, Mr. Graves was a lifelong Methodist stemming from his grandfather who served churches as a Methodist Circuit Rider in Mississippi. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Theresa B. Graves and his parents, Ernest and Raymoth Graves. He is survived by his son, Bob Graves and his wife Vickie of Madison, MS, his grandsons, Brooks Graves and his wife Katie of Washington, DC and Blake Graves of Starkville, MS. Graveside Services will be held Friday, May 30, 2014 at 11 o’clock in Arlington Memorial Park. Dr. Ken Ray will officiate.
