I grew up playing with Sabrina in Crystal Creek…she was one of my favorite childhood neighbor friends. She was full of fun and laughter, creative and artistic.  I still have a few pictures of her from our childhood.  I have a lot of fun memories. I was in shock to see this news when I went looking for her on social media. I am so sorry to her loved ones…Mariel and Lincoln, especially.  I pray they have peace.

I remember being in Puerto Rico for some film stuff and it just happened to be her birthday.  My God. I had no clue.

Fuiste lo mejor de mis años en San Juan. Una luz siempre brillante día y noche durante días de desamparo y noches de jolgorio juvenil. Tu sonrisa, entre tantas cosas, queda en mi mente hasta el momento de tener la suerte de volvernos a encontrar.

I am so sorry Sabrina's Mom and all her loved ones. This is awful. She was, and I believe still is, a bright and powerful soul. I wish she could have been well enough to stay. I am thankful her pain is over, she is with all the people (which includes animals) she has lost. Someday we will join her, after we work hard here on earth for a long time to make her proud. I dedicate my next foster animal to Sabrina. Would it be OK if I name this puppy or kitty after Sabrina?

Que triste noticia saber de tu partida del plano terrenal. Siento mucho no haber podido compartir mas contigo la última vez que te vi en Viejo San Juan. Que pena me da saber que no nos vamos a topar por nuestro vecindario una vez mas. Siempre recordaré los buenos momentos que pasamos hangueando durante nuestra juventud sobre los adoquines con todos los amigos sanjuaneros de nuestra edad. 
Descansa en paz Sabrina que Dios te tenga en la gloria.
