Sandra Towns Parr, 61, of Sandy Springs, GA and native of Douglas, GA deceased Monday March 24, 2014. She is survived by her husband William “Bill” Parr; daughters Michele Wright Gulley (Jon), Arnoldsville, GA and Allison Wright Garcia (Randy), Oceanside, CA; sister Nancy Gatlin, Villa Rica, GA; brothers Jim Towns (Sharon), Brandon, MS and Larry Towns (Judy), Union Point, GA; granddaughter Annalyn Gulley, Arnoldsville, GA; nephews Cecil Harris (Jenny), Villa Rica, GA and James Towns (Angela), Augusta, GA; nieces Patty Ann Towns, Unions City, GA and Savannah Towns, Brandon, MS. The family will receive friends Friday, March 28, 2013 from 6-8 pm at Sandy Springs Chapel, 136 Mt. Vernon Hwy. NE. Sandy Springs, GA 30328. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 29, 2014 from 2:30-3:30 pm at Holy Innocence Episcopal Church, 805 Mount Vernon Hwy., Sandy Springs, GA 30327.
