Isabelle Sicard Hanson

Isabelle was born on April 24, 1921, in Somerset, Wisconsin, the youngest daughter of Adolph and Mary (Martell) Sicard. She was a longtime resident of New Richmond, Wisconsin.

Isabelle is survived by her two daughters, Dianne Nyman of Santa Ana and Kathleen Garfinkel of Luxemburg, Wisconsin; five grandchildren: Mary (Jeff) Jones, Russell Huonder, Edward (Mary) Huonder, Anne (Steve) Laurent, and Sarah Garfinkel (Mike); and nine great-grandchildren: Zach (Pam) Jones, Andrew Huonder, Connor Huonder, Katie Huonder, Adam Huonder, Abigail Huonder, Lily Laurent, Aubrey Laurent and Zoey Laurent. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husbands, George Nyman and Russell Hanson, daughter Rosetta and spouse Dennis Huonder; and her son-in-law Bob Garfinkel.

A vigil will be held at Family Mortuary - Dignity Memorial, in Santa Ana, CA, on the evening of June 9, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the Rosary beginning at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on June 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church in Orange, CA. Interment will be held at a later date at San Fernando Mission Cemetery.
