Gerald Lee Craig

Jerry was born November 20, 1937 to Paul and Ethel Craig and would live in Santa Paula for the next 62 years.

For 35 years he worked street maintenance for the city of Santa Paula until his retirement in 2000. He then moved to Maricopa where he loved spending time with his family grandchildren and great grandchildren.

After a long illness he moved to Camarillo to receive care until the LORD called him home Thursday.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 40 years Mary Knox Craig. He is survived by his son Jerry (Karleigh) Craig of Maricopa, California, daughter Sandra (Richard) Velasco of Santa Paula, California, son Michael (Carey) Craig of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Grandchildren Robert, Brandon, Jaiden,and Jerika Craig. Candace and Richie Velasco. Brannon, Joshlyn, Leeanna, and Brandy Craig. And 16 great grandchildren.

There will be a viewing Wednesday October 12 2016 from 4-8 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Stetler Mortuary, 128 South 8th Street, Santa Paula, California. A graveside service will be held Thursday October 13 2016 at 11 am at Pierce Brothers Santa Paula Cemetery, 380 Cemetery Road, Santa Paula, California. Mike Harris will officiate the service.
