

Juanita Lozano, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister, will be remembered for the love, kindness, and faith that guided her life. Born in Oxnard on June 15, 1957, to John Ruiz and Francisca Ruiz. Raised in Santa Paula, Juanita carried the values of family, compassion, and community with her throughout her life. She was preceded in death by her father, mother, and sister Bertha Beltran.
Juanita shared a loving marriage of 50 years with her husband, Alfredo V. Lozano. Together they built a family grounded in love, faith, and support. She was a proud and caring mother to her son, Alfredo R. Lozano Jr., and daughter, Aine L. Gonzalez.
She warmly welcomed her daughter-in-law, Carmen Lozano, and her son-in-law, Jorge Gonzalez, who became cherished members of the family.
Juanita dedicated most of her professional life to the medical field. Later, embracing a new chapter, she followed her ambition and became a realtor, where she enjoyed helping families find places to call home.
Her greatest joy was being a grandmother. She treasured every moment spent with her grandchildren, Breanna Lozano, Jennine Morones, Joseph Gonzalez, and Edward Gonzalez, sharing with them her warmth, encouragement, and unconditional love.
She is also lovingly remembered by her sister, Susana Ruiz and brother-in-law Steve Martinez.
Juanita was a creative and nurturing soul who enjoyed crafting, sewing, cooking, baking, and making rosaries. Many of her handmade creations were lovingly shared with family, friends, and members of her faith community. She also loved spending time outdoors, whether enjoying nature, visiting the beach, or exploring new places with loved ones.
Guided by a strong and unwavering religious faith, Juanita lived a life rooted in compassion and generosity. She found joy in helping others and was known for her willingness to lend a hand to anyone in need. Her warm presence, kind heart, and uplifting spirit made everyone around her feel welcome and cared for.
Juanita truly loved being surrounded by family and friends. Her laughter, gentle encouragement, and positive outlook left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Her life was a beautiful example of love, faith, and generosity.
Though she will be deeply missed, Juanita's spirit lives on through the family she cherished and the many lives she touched with her kindness.
