Alfred “Fred” M. Pearce – a native of Mt. Vernon, AL and resident of Wilmer, AL died Monday, January 16, 2012. He was the Manager of Metal-Tec Heat Treating Company. He is survived by his wife, Ora Sissie Pearce; daughter, Kristin Pearce; three sons, Corey Pearce (Lindsay), Joseph Holliman and Sean Holliman (Michelle); grandchildren, Micheal Holliman, Blake Holliman, Sydnie Holliman, Mariah Newby, Baylee Holliman, Mackinley Newby, Blaklee Holliman and Cooper Pearce; parents, Bert and Shirley Pearce; three brothers, Daniel Pearce, Stephen Pearce (Carol) and David Pearce (Paola); two sisters, Amy Everette (A.P. “Dinky”) and Jody Gothard (David); numerous nephews, nieces, family and friends. Funeral services will be Friday, January 20, 2012, at 2 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Visitation will be Thursday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Springhill Memorial Gardens.
