Annette Summerlin McGhee, age 76, of Saraland, Alabama passed away on Thursday, October 10, 2019. Annette was born December 7, 1942 in Brewton, Alabama to Ruthie Mae White Summerlin and Leonard Summerlin.
Annette is survived by her husband of 53 years, Robert Gordon McGhee; daughters, Robyn (Joey) Johnson and Rachel McGhe; brother, James (Sue) Summerlin; sister, Jeanice (Boogie) Boutwell; grandchildren, Rodger, Robert, Paul, Baylee, Anniston, Braylen, and Hayden; great-grandchildren, Micah, Tyler, and Karsen; and numerous nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Annette was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda Kay McGhee; father, Leonard Summerlin; mother, Ruthie Mae White Summerlin; and brothers, J.C. Summerlin, Glendal Summerlin, and Gladden Summerlin.
A visitation for Annette will be held Monday, October 14, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, Alabama 36571. A visitation will occur Tuesday, October 15, 2019 from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home, 1400 E Nashville Ave, Atmore, Alabama 36502. A celebration of life will occur Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, Atmore, Alabama.
