Audrey Jean Cartee

Mrs. Audrey Jean Cartee, age 65, passed away at her home on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Bennie B. and Willie Grey England Weatherly and brother, Charles Weatherly. Mrs. Cartee was retired from the Boilermaker’s Local 112 after fifteen years of service. She was a longtime member of Saraland Methodist Church. Her family will remember her as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Mrs. Cartee is survived by her husband of 48 years, William D. Cartee and children; William Dwight Cartee (Cindy), Donna Cartee Cox (David) and Jeffrey Allen Cartee. She is also survived by her brother, Bennie Grey Weatherly (Kathy), sister, Sarah Floyes (Tommie); grandchildren Mavory Braddock, Claude Braddock, Taylor Cox, Logan Cox and great-grandson, Kevin Stafford, Jr. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, AL on Friday, December 18, 2015 from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel beginning at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow in Mobile Memorial Gardens, 6110 Three Notch Road, Mobile, AL..
