Augusta Myers Whittington

She was preceded in death by her parents, Zach and Hazel Myers; and her husband, Benny Lamar Whittington.

She is survived by three children, Cheryl Whittington Hayes (Greg), Renee Whittington Mullins (Bob), and Byron Lamar Whittington (Michele); one sister, Jeanie Pettus; one brother, James Myers (Martha); her sister-in-law, Janie Whittington; six grandchildren, Zachary Scarbrough (Tiffany), Brandi Hayes Anderson (Chad), Tyler Whittington (Kayla), Deanna Hayes Brown (Blake), Bailey Whittington (Matthew Butera), and Benjamin Whittington (Kaitlyn); fourteen great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 12, 2024 at 1 p.m. from Westlake Church. The family will receive friends at the church beginning at 11 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are by Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy., Saraland, AL 36571.
