Carol was born on November 6, 1968 in Carrollton, GA to Peggy Wysner. She was an appointment clerk at Diagnostic and Medical Clinic in Mobile, AL. On February 15, 2002, she married her best friend, William James Hamblin (BJ). They raised three daughters, Victoria (Tori), Elizabeth (Libby), and Kaylee, and one son, Jayce.
Carol was a huge Alabama Football fan, enjoyed cheering on her son, Jayce, at his baseball games, and loved playing with her grandsons, Matthew, Jamie, and Jaidon. She was funny, outgoing, and vivacious. She was fiercely loyal to her family and friends. She was known for her quick wit, friendly personality, infectious smile, and her kind and compassionate spirit. She will be deeply missed and those that knew and loved her will forever cherish their memories with her.
Carol was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Andrew and Mae Wysner, two brothers-in-law, Ricky Ayers and Tom Worring, and her son-in-law Aaron Preston. She is survived by her husband, William (BJ) Hamblin, her four children, Victoria (Tori) Patrick, Elizabeth (Libby) Vickers, Kaylee Howard, and Jayce Hamblin, her sons-in-law, Kaleb Vickers and Austin Howard, her future daughter-in-law Diana Perrotta, her grandsons, Matthew Pendleton, Jamie Preston, and Jaidon Preston, her mother, Peggy Wysner, her siblings and their spouses, Tim and Kim Aderholt, Gale and David Nappier, Jada Worring, Regina Ayers, and Emily and Derrick Nicholson, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation for Carol will be held at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Parkway, in Saraland, AL, on Saturday, January 30, 2021 from 10 o'clock am to 11 o'clock am. A funeral service honoring Carol Hamblin’s life will be held on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Radney’s Funeral Home on 1200 Industrial Parkway in Saraland, AL from 11 o’clock a.m. . In lieu of flowers and donations the family asks that donations be made to the American Heart Association in honor of Carol Hamblin.
