Christopher Bruce Myers

Christopher Bruce Myers, 20, of Eight Mile, Alabama passed away on July 20, 2012. Christopher was born November 27, 1991 and was a lifelong area resident. He attended Satsuma High School and grew up playing baseball at Amelia Park. Christopher most loved spending time with his family and friends and was an avid sports fan. He will be greatly missed. Christopher was preceded in death by his grandmother, Frances Dew and grandfather, Robert Myers. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Melissa Bush; his father, Terry (Rachel) Myers; stepfather, Matt (Marylee) Bush; maternal grandfather, Bruce (Pop) Dew; paternal grandmother, Joyce Myers; paternal great grandmother, Juliette Boltin; brothers, Jonah Bush, James and Preston Peterson; sisters, Courtney and Kellie Myers, Brittany Price, Tiffany Cottey, Abbie Bush; aunts, Rebecca Lofton, Amanda Brown; uncles, Robbie Myers, Billy (Debbie) Oaks; devoted aunt, Holly (Robert) Brooks; devoted cousins, Ansleigh (John) Townsend and Nikki (Ryan) Coleman and numerous other cousins and friends. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home, Saraland, from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 25, at the Covenant Christian Church (corner of Cody and Hitt Road), Pastor Oliver Heath will officiate. Interment will be in Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Daniel Dunnam, J.T. Tuttle, J.T. Baxter, Ethan Lucas, and Josh Prine. Honorary pallbearer will be Joseph Toomey.
