Deborah Arlene Bayles Wainwright

She was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her family and spending time together with them, especially her grandchildren whom she loved dearly and took care of all them growing up. She brought immeasurable joy to all of our lives. She enjoyed participating in reenactments from the 18th and 19th centuries with her family and friends. Deborah retired from Walmart after many years of service.

Deborah was preceded in death by her parents, Robert Curtis Bayles and Elender Pauline Nall Bayles; her father-in-law and mother-in-law Happy and Betty Lewis Wainwright.

She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Stephen Lewis Wainwright; daughter, Olivia Griffin; sons, Stephen (Heather) Wainwright II., and Daniel (Elizabeth) Wainwright; grandchildren, Kaylie Jane Griffin, Stephen (Beanie) Wainwright,III., Mazie Wainwright, Maddie Wainwright, Molly Wainwright, Hastin Wainwright, Mason River Wainwright; her sister, Sharon Phillips; her brother, Gary (Sharon) Bayles; many other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. The family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 p.m. prior to services. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
