Douglas Ray Spicer – native of Mobile AL, longtime resident of Saraland, AL where he was a former little league coach at Amelia Park, and a resident of Gulf Shores, AL since 2002, passed away Saturday, November 1, 2014. He was preceded in death by his father, Daniel Ray Spicer. Survivors include his wife, Leslie Lee Spicer; his mother, Mary Simmons Spicer; four children, Matthew Gray Spicer, Logan Simmons Spicer (Jennifer), Kolby Lee Spicer (Shelby) and Allie Claire Spicer; and other relatives. Graveside services and interment will be Thursday, November 6, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. prior to services.
