Evelyn Olivia McManus Newton -- A native of Dixons Mills, Alabama and a resident of Mt. Vernon, Alabama, died Sunday, January 1, 2012, in a Mobile nursing home. She is survived by her brother, Marvin Hayes McManus; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 4, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until service time.
