Frances Elizabeth "Nuppie" Byrd, age 75, of Chunchula, Alabama passed away on Tuesday February 13, 2018. Frances Elizabeth was born March 9, 1942 in Mobile, Alabama to the late Arthur and Agnus Byrd. She is preceded in death by her sisters Maebelle Norwood, Vivian Turner, Juanita George and Jeanette Stagner. as well as her brothers James "Buddy"Byrd, Woody Byrd and Reglhard "Buck" Byrd.
Nuppie is survived by her son Heath Bryd and his wife Casey. Three grandchildren T.J. Buchanan, Shelby Byrd and Skylar Byrd. One great grandchild Reagann Buchanan. One sister Doris Kearley. Nuppie also leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews and many loving friends. The family would especially like to thank all those who cared for Nuppie during the final years of her life.
Visitation for Nuppie will be held Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Pkwy, Saraland, Alabama. Funeral services will be Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10:00 AM. She will be laid to rest at Byrd Cemetery, Chunchula, Alabama.
