passed away peacefully on May 2, 2023 at Providence Hospital Covenant Care
Hospice Center . She was 74 years
She is survived by two nephews Phillip and Alan Lightsey and their families; and sister
in law, Barbara Lightsey. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Claud and Evie
Lightsey , and her brother Gary Pete Lightsey.
At Gayle's request there will be no formal service , but rather to honor her memory she
asked that you take a moment to sit and watch the birds , smell the flowers , or watch a
kitten play.
