James Louis Cunningham

Mr. James Louis Cunningham, age 85, passed away at his home on Friday, November 20, 2015. He is preceded in death by his son, Thomas Cunningham and parents, Walter and Ada McNeely Cunningham. Mr. Cunningham retired after 33 years with International Paper Company. He served his country honorably in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict and was awarded the Bronze Star. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved his family and will be remembered as a loving husband, father and grandfather. Mr. Cunningham is survived by his wife of 60 years, Hattie Faile Cunningham, daughters, Sue Steele, Nancy Noble (Keith), and daughter-in-law, Kindal Cunningham.. He is also survived by his brothers, Doug Cunningham, Bill Cunningham and sister, Mae Kunz, eight grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home Saraland, AL, on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Graveside services will be held at Satsuma Cemetery beginning at 11:30 a.m. Serving as pallbearers will be, Bryan Cunningham, Jason Cunningham, D.
