James was born on February 9, 1939 in Huxford, Alabama. He was a long-standing member of First Baptist Church Spanish Fort, where he taught Sunday school and served as a deacon. James enjoyed golfing and fishing. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather.
James is preceded in death by his parents, Grady and Annie Mae Seale; brothers, Otha, Bobby, Leon, and Glen Seale, and sister, Faye Odom. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Helen Seale; children, Vicki Andress and Mark Seale (Lori); sister, Evon Seale Kendall (Jim); one brother; Kenneth Seale(Brenda), grandchildren, Ron Andress, Jr. (Susan) and Lacey Reed (Philip), 9 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for friends and family will be held on Monday, September 30th at 10:00am at Jubilee Memorial Gardens, 27896 AL-181, Daphne, Alabama 36526.
