Jo Ann Allen Steadham

Jo Ann Allen Steadham – a 76 year-old native of Butler, Alabama and longtime resident of Mobile passed away Tuesday, November 17, 2015. She was preceded in death by her son, Bobby Joe Steadham; two brothers, Bubba Allen and Wiley Allen; and sister, Faye Autrey.

Mrs. Steadham is survived by her beloved husband of 59 years, Frederick Toby Steadham; two sons, Terry Steadham (Brenda) and Allen Steadham (Karen); sisters, Sylvia Stewart (Glen) and Carol Hoover (Paul); six grandchildren, Christopher, Jason, Michelle, Amber, Joey, and Matt; great-grandchildren, Christian, Jamie, Annlea, Coley, Chasen, Willow, Ryan, and Shawn; dear friend, Judy Morris; other relatives and friends.

The family would like to offer a special thanks to Dr. Murphy and Dr. Gamard as well as Mrs. Steadham’s caregivers, Yolanda Daniels, Cindy Phillips, Christina Nguyen, Ophelia Young, Mary Rice, Tenesha Burpo, and Brenda Poellnitz.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Friday, November 20, 2015, at 10 a.m. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday, November 19, from 5-8 p.m. Interment will be in Valhalla Memorial Gardens. Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Steadham, Jason Steadham, Buck Rhoden, Woody Overbey, Steve Littrell, and Robert Smith with Duke Kennedy and Tony Moberg serving as honorary pallbearers.
