Johnny Mack Lane

Mr. Johnny Mack Lane, age 74, longtime resident of Chickasaw, AL, passed away at his home on Saturday, April 15, 2017. He is preceded in death by his father, John Thomas Lane. Mr. Lane was a prominent attorney in the Saraland-Chickasaw area for over thirty five years. He received his Juris Doctorate from University of Mississippi and a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. He served as Judge in Chickasaw and other Mobile County districts for many years. He was a member for a number of years of a local mystic society. Mr. Lane is survived by his mother, Jabie Lane; sister, La June Bosarge; niece, Kimberly Davis; nephew, Kyle Bosarge; five great-nephews and numerous other family and friends. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, April 20, 2017 at Mobile Memorial Gardens beginning at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family request memorial donations be made to his St. Michaels Episcopal Church, 300 Grant Street, Chickasaw, AL 36611 which he loved dearly.
