Joy G. Jacobson

Mr. Joy G. Jacobson, 95, born January 1, 1925 in Syracuse, Nebraska, passed away on July 17, 2020 at his home in Saraland, Alabama. Mr. Jacobson was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Ethyl Jacobson and numerous brothers and sisters.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Ruby Ann Jacobson; Daughters, Carolyn (David) Murphy and Diane (Andy) Lee; six grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren; three step children, Rickey Smith, Patricia (Eugene) Gaston and Cynthia (Harry) Gooddale; seven step grandchildren and 12 step great grandchildren, also survived by other relatives and family.

Active pallbearers will be , Ricky Smith, Charles Gautney, Eugene Lee, Richard Williams, Harry Gooddale and Doug Lee.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, July 20, 2020 at Radney Funeral Home, 1200 Industrial Parkway, Saraland, Alabama.

Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 in the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home with Pastor Wesley Garland officiating. Interment will follow in Valhalla Memorial Gardens, Eight Mile, Alabama.
