Kenneth Ray Preston, Sr. - A native of Chickasaw, AL and a resident of Wilmer, AL died Sunday, August 19, 2012. Mr. Preston retired with Prichard Police Department. He was preceded in death by his parents, Uley and Vera Preston; and three brothers, Roy Lavon "Red"Preston, Rod Preston and Marlin Preston. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Wanda Sanders Preston; three children, Katie Marie Lucas, Kenneth "Boots" Preston and Jennifer Lee Busby; three sisters, Charlotte Hanna, Joan Pugh and Jackie Andrews; four grandchildren, Joshua Preston, Amanda Preston, Cody Busby and Cory Busby; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives. Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 22, 2012, at 10 a.m. from the chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens.
