Patricia Ann Williamson - a 77 year-old resident of Chickasaw, Alabama passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at her home. She retired from Providence Hospital as outpatient scheduling clerk after 35 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Preston A. Williamson. Mrs. Williamson is survived by her children, Royce Williamson and Reneé Medley (Steve); brother, James Early (Vealina); sister, Barbara Jenkins (James); grandchildren, Shelby Williamson, Shana Williamson, Jessica Medley (Lee Tubbs), Jeffrey Medley (Leslie), and Shane Medley; great-grandchildren, Jack, Jordyn, and S.J. Medley and Chloe and Cam Tubbs; other relatives and friends.
Graveside funeral services and interment will be held in Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens on Monday, March 21, 2016, at 11 a.m. The family will receive friends at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland from 9:30-10:30 A.M. prior to the service.
