Peggy Bryant

Our Mom, Peggy Bryant, went to be with the Lord that she raised us to love on Thursday, October 17, 2013. She created a oneness in our family and taught us how to love unconditionally, forgive countless times, and put others first. She loved her children with what seemed to be the maximum amount one could love and then she had grandchildren and her affections grew even more. Memories of holidays, birthdays, shopping at Belk’s and afternoons after school at Nana’s are burned into our hearts. We are among the most blessed to have had her as our Moma. She set an example for loving family with all your heart and she and her sister were not only siblings but best friends. She has attended North Mobile Baptist Church for the past eight years. Peggy was born in Mobile, AL and worked at District Court of Mobile for 33 years where she retired as the Supervisor. Peggy was preceded in death by her father, Hilton L. Morgan, mother, Elsie Harris Morgan, and brother, Terry Morgan. She is survived by her sister, Brenda Jordan; three children, Tracey (Todd) Edge, Tammi (Ricky) Thames, and Mike (Paige) Mixon; six grandsons, Morgan Edge, Cole Edge, Tanner Edge, Jordan Mixon, Zach Mixon, and Connor Thames; two granddaughters, Presley Thames and Darby Edge; five nephews, Phil Jordan, Allan Jordan, Dylan Jordan, Chase Jordan, Bryce Jordan and other relatives and countless friends. Funeral services will be held from the Chapel of Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Monday, October 21, 2013 at 2 PM. Visitation will be Sunday evening from 5 to 7 PM.
