Sonja Kinard Floyd

Mrs. Sonja Kinard Floyd, age 58, passed away on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 as a result of a vehicle accident. Sonja is preceded in death by her parents, Bobby Ray and Betty Maples Kinard. She will be remembered by her family and friends as a loving caregiver and friend to all. She was a woman of faith who served her Lord as a longtime member of Fountain of Faith Missionary Baptist Church. Sonja is survived by her husband, David Floyd, Sr. and sons, David Michael Floyd (Rhonda), David Wayne Floyd, Jr. (Mindy) and Robert Bradley Floyd. She is also survived by her grandchildren; Farah, Masyn and Solomon Floyd, brother, Travis Kinard (Sandy), Ray Kinard , Tommy Kinard (Sandra) and many nieces, nephews , other family and many loving friends. Visitation will be held at Fountain of Faith Missionary Baptist Church on Friday, August 17, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday , August 18, 2018 at the church. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
