Warren Cletis Johnson, Sr.

Warren Cletis Johnson, Sr., 89, of Mobile entered into rest Saturday, December 13, 2025, at a local hospital. Mr. Johnson was retired from International Paper Company. Funeral services will be held at Radney’s Funeral Home in Saraland, Alabama on Thursday, December 18, 2025. The family will receive friends at 9:00a.m. until the service at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Satsuma Cemetery. Rev. Jerry Higdon and Rev. Donald Bond will officiate.

Mr. Johnson is survived by three sons, Donald Lee (Fran) Johnson, Anthony Wayne Johnson, and Steven Isaac (Marnie) Johnson all of Mobile; daughter-in-law, Linda Johnson of Chunchula; brother-in-law, Melvin Lee Horton of Satsuma; special companion, Jennifer Shell of Lucedale; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore Johnson and Alberta Gartman Johnson; adoptive mother, Lottie Sanders; his wife, Mary "Marie" Alice Horton Johnson; a daughter, Darlene Ann Johnson; a son, Warren Cletis Johnson, Jr.; four sisters, Hazel Bullock, Helen Faircloth, Thelma Hale, and Betty Meyers; and six brothers, William "Will" Johnson, Theodore "Ted" Johnson, Homer Johnson, Melvin Johnson, R.W. "Dub" Johnson and Robert "Bobby" Johnson.
