William M. "Bill" Fields - a 73 year-old native of Oklahoma, former resident of Arizona, and longtime resident of Chickasaw, Alabama passed away Sunday, July 3, 2016. He was an optician at Eye World in Saraland for the past 23 years and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Mr. Fields was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph William Fields and Lela Fay Bearden Fields, and sisters, Eva Martell Kennedy and Estelle Fay Fields. He is survived by his wife, Earnestine Fields; sons, Michael Fields and Todd Fields; step-daughters, Linda Waite (Scott) and Loretta Goff (Guy); brothers, Skip Fields (Janet) and Butch Fields (Cecilia); grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
