William Robert Hannah

William Robert Hannah – age 91, born March 17, 1931 in Tuscaloosa, AL, longtime resident of Eight Mile, AL, and current resident of Saraland passed away at his home on Saturday, May 28, 2022. He was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from Courtaulds/Gulf Fibers after more than 50 years of service.

Mr. Hannah was preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Merchant Hannah. He is survived by his children, Kathy Darden, Robert Hannah (Pat), Kerry Hannah (Angie), and Dale Hannah (Yvonne); grandchildren, Kimberly Sikes (Joseph), Melissa Neel (Henry), Josh Gurganus (Brandi), Ron Hannah (Sarah), Kelly McKinley (Matthew), Robin Gaston (Moe), Andrew Hannah (Natalie), and Rachel McAll (Fred); 14 great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home in Saraland on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Graveside services and interment will follow at 2 p.m. in Valhalla Memorial Gardens. Condolences may be offered at www.radneyfuneralhome-saraland.com.
