Barbara was a kind and giving person. She was raised in Detroit Michigan. Barb loved to play cards with her friends, take care of her dogs, and enjoyed golfing. Barb was a devote Catholic and served within her community. Barb graduated from college at the university of Detroit Mercy with a degree in business. She worked at Michigan Bell for over 25 years and retired from there. Barb was also active in the United Stares Army.
She is survived by her loving brother Thomas Moran, sister Mary Kay Moran, three nieces Colleen Donner, Christine Cygan, Karen Smith, and nephew Kevin Moran.
She is preceded in death by her husband Wilber (Smitty) Smith, parents William & Mary (Heitkamp) Moran.
Celebration of life services will be held in Michigan summer 2021, date TBD.
