On Monday, September 6th, 2021, Daniel Luke Yeiter, loving husband and father of three, went to Heaven at the age of 40. Daniel was born on April 23, 1981 in Franklin, Pennsylvania to Becky and Randy Yeiter, who raised him in a loving home teaching him the value of hard work, good manners and a desire to love God and honor his family.
Daniel graduated from High School in 1999 from Eagledale Christian School and attended ATA Training Academy in Indianpolis, Indiana where he earned his Airframe and Powerplant License in 2000. He would spend the next 20 years doing what he was passionate about and what he loved and excelled at - maintaining and quality checking the airfleets of both Chautauqua Airlines (2001 - 2016) and Allegiant Air (2016 - 2021).
Daniel married his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Janel Lynn Stover, and together they raised three beautiful children, Leia, Luke and Landon. A devoted father and husband, his life would be anchored around his family and his faith. He is also survived by his three siblings, Matt, Mark and Tina (Yeiter) Clepper as well as 18 nieces and nephews, all of whom dearly loved him.
Being a gifted and naturally talented mechanic and all around handyman, Daniel was often seen graciously using his talents to help his many friends and famiy whenever a need came up. Never one to sit idle, he continued to learn new hobbies including power lifting, furniture-making and home remodeling.
Daniel loved travelling and together with his family made trips to Hawaii, Italy, Mexico and Poland among their many adventures. A patient and meticulous man, he was best known for his playful spirit, friendly smile and kind heart - always being generous with his time while offering his love unconditionally. For the family he leaves behind, our hope and faith outweighs all our sorrow and we know that one day we will all be united once again.
