Donna was born on February 1, 1938, in Hillsborough, Ohio, to Paul & Violet Tracy. She attended Hughes High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, and became an Executive Secretary.
Donna is preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Clarence Darwin Brooks; daughter, Tracy (William) Ashby; step-daughter, Deann (Tom) Niebuer; step-son, Mike (Eve) Brooks; grandchildren, Megan (Aaron) Wright, Austin Ashby, Aja Brooks, Ryan (Kristina) Brooks, Laurie (Trey) Hernandez, & Eddie (Katelyn) Smithson; and great-grandchildren, Tegan McCann, Sawyer Ashby, Aidan Wright, Aspen Brooks, Alex Brooks, McKenzie Smithson, Michael Smithson, Naomie Hernandez, & Logan Hernandez.
A visitation for Donna will be held Tuesday, September 3, 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232. A funeral service will occur Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 12:00 PM, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232. A committal will occur Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Palm - Robarts Memorial Park, Fruitville Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232.
