Eileen Mary Arcuri

Eileen Mary Arcuri, of Sarasota, Florida, formerly of Hurst, Texas, passed away on October 27, 2021 at the age of 83. She was born, October 31, 1937 in Chicago IL to parents Patrick Joseph and Mary Ann (Fogarty) Ansbro. She was the oldest of five siblings: John (Cyndi) Ansbro and the late Patricia Halvey, James Ansbro, and Kathleen Thomas.

Eileen was a devout Catholic, graduating in 1955 from Sienna High School in Chicago, Illinois. She raised her family in Hurst, Texas and retired in Florida after working as administrative support for various industries including the healthcare industry when she retired. She enjoyed spending time with family, especially watching her children and later her grandchildren participate in various sports, the arts and other activities.

She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Sam Arcuri, sons John (Amy) and Michael (Carla), daughter Laura, her three treasured granddaughters; Samantha, Madeline and Kathryn; along with numerous family members who cherished her.

A funeral mass is planned for Friday November 12, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church in Richland Hills, Texas. Internment is planned in Sarasota, Florida at a later date.
