Georgia J. Davis, 88, of Sarasota, formerly of Waynesville, North Carolina, died December 29, 2010.
Visitation will be held 5 to 8 p.m. today at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 1:00p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with interment to follow at Palms-Robarts Memorial Park.
Survivors include her daughters, Darnell Harvey of Sarasota and Maxine Chavis of Eustis; two grandchildren, John Johnson Jr. and Sharnell Chavis; and four great-grandchildren, John Johnson III, Alyssa Johnson, Sheyenne Lenz and Janae Lenz.
Georgia retired from the Central Service Department at Sarasota Memorial Hospital after 25 years of service.
