Kevin Clifton Millard passed away at home surrounded by family on October 22, 2025, at the age of 76, after a battle with cancer. Born in Hartford, CT, his entrepreneurial spirit was evident from a young age. After graduating from the University of Central Connecticut, he founded several companies both in Connecticut and Florida.
Beyond his professional achievements, Kevin was a devoted family man. He is survived by his wife Patricia of 44 years; his daughters, Kimberly Cabral and Heather Cromar and their spouses Shawn Cabral and Ryan Cromar; his four grandchildren, Alexa, Cameron, and Caiden Cabral and Noah Cromar,;and great grandson, Coltyn Cabral. He will be remembered for his kindness to everyone and the time he spent with his family and friends.
In his free time, Kevin was an avid golfer and fisherman and enjoyed traveling with his family. Their favorite place to spend time together was by the lake in Maine.
His service will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at 11:30am at Robert Toale and Sons at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Avenue, in Sarasota.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Shriners Children’s.
