Kincade Victor Herkel age 19, passed away from complications of Cystic Fibrosis on February 9, 2021. Kincade was well loved and got to live a life full of adventure even with illness. He was always planning ahead to the next goal to help him get through which led to trips to Michigan, Comic con, Disney, Universal Studios, New York and Colorado. Born in Sarasota Florida at Doctors Hospital, the MD said he would not be born that day but he had made up his mind he was ready to come. He came out fighting and lived up to his name which means “Warrior Chief” and “Victorious”.
Kincade greatest enjoyment in life came from making people laugh and feel loved. He went out of his way to crack jokes, even when they were not always appropriate. He always told his Mom he wanted his life to mean something and make a difference. Never afraid to change his looks, he had a blue mohawk, purple hair, and at the time of his death, it is fuscia. His last goal was to become a Mandolorian Merk, to combine charity with his love of cosplay.
He is survived by his mother Jennifer and step father Lewis, along with his Papa, William and Aunt Katie. He also is survived by his cousins whom he loved with all his heart, as each one brought a special component to his life.
Services will be held on Wednesday February 17th from 12-3 at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park in Sarasota. If desired, friends can make memorial contributions to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Services entrusted to Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34232, (941) 371-4962.
