Margaret J. Metz, 95, died December 18, 2012.
She was born on September 23, 1917 in Punxsutawney, PA and came to Sarasota in 1974 from Toms River, NJ. She was a charter member of Church of Hope in Sarasota.
Survivors are son, Charles W. Metz Jr. of Toms River, NJ; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Sun, Dec 23 from 6-8 pm with Funeral Service and Burial on Mon, Dec 24 at 10 am, both at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota.
Memorial Contributions may be made in Margaret's name to the Pines of Sarasota Foundation.
