Nancy Lee Hotalen, age 52, of BRADENTON, Florida passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023. Nancy was born on July 21, 1970 in Lafayette, Indiana to Charles Edwards and Carol Nelson Edwards. She was a 1989 graduate of Sarasota High School. Nancy loved her family dearly. She even combined that with her love of flowers, when she and her husband Michael started H&H Nursery. Nancy was an animal lover, and over the years she rescued countless animals.
Nancy was predeceased by her father Charles Edwards. She is survived by her husband Michael Hotalen, sons; Christopher (Taylor) Hotalen and Ryan (Chelsea) Jervis, grandchildren; Emma and Liam Jervis, mother; Carol Nelson Edwards, brother; Scott Edwards and nephew; Zach Edwards.
A gathering for Nancy will be held Sunday, July 9, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave, Sarasota, FL 34232. A service will follow at 12:00 PM.
