Born on February 6, 2001, in Sarasota, Florida, Nisa was a proud graduate of Palmetto High School. She worked as a Regional Manager for 5 M Promotions Inc.
Nisa had a vibrant spirit and a deep love for music and dancing. Above all, she cherished her siblings and her family, who were the center of her world.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Virginia Diaz Borjas.
She leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Matilda Luna; her father, Armando Tovar; her siblings, Zesian Jimenez, Zayda Martinez, Pablo Andres Tovar-Garcia, and Gael Armando Tovar; her maternal grandparents, Alicia Luna and Efrain Garcia; her paternal grandfather, Armando Tovar Chavez; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will forever hold her in their hearts.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 20, 2026, at St. Jude Catholic Church, 3930 17th Street, Sarasota, FL 34235. Visitation will follow from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Robert Toale and Sons Funeral Home at Palms Memorial Park, 170 Honore Ave., Sarasota FL 34232.
