

She was born January 16, 1933 to the proud parents of Emma Bess and Andrew Singleton in Alamo, GA. She attended school in Hazlehurst, GA and moved to Florida in 1950. Pearlie Mae was a sweet and kind person. She always had positive words to share with everyone and had a genuine love for God.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Emma Bess; father, Andrew Singleton; sisters, Bernice, Zimmie Lee, and Mary Leatha; sons, Jr. Miles, Freddie Lee (Jack) Miles, and Todd Wiggins; and grandson, Michael.
Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Riley Wiggins Jr., Leon Wiggins, Glen Dale Wiggins, Clifford Wiggins, Gus (Todd) Moore, Chuck Moore, Carl Singleton, and James Edward (Elizabeth) Hunter; daughters, Wendy (Theopolis) Simon, Rosalyn Gary, Claudette Wiggins, and Carmen Singleton; sisters, Mary Smith (Auntie Ann) of Sarasota, Yvonne Jackson of Atlanta, GA, Carol Depina and Fay Jackson, both of Burlington, NJ; aunt, Dobie Shine Smith of East Orange, NJ; 28 grandchildren; 46 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A Celebration of Life for Pearlie Mae will be on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at 2pm at Palms Robarts Funeral Home; 170 Honore Ave in Sarasota. Officiating will be Reverend Willie B. Floyd of Dublin, GA.
Visitation will be prior to the service, beginning at 12pm.
