I’m in shock to read this. I just saw it today. I was always hoping I would run into her someday. Met her at Bay Haven Baptist Church when we were 13.  We would sit in the back and try not to laugh out loud while we swapped shoes because we both wore size 10. Sending love and hugs to the family.

Rhonda was an amazing person with a laugh that made everyone smile. She was a joy to work with and so fun to be around. She was also one of the toughest country gals around. I have missed her since she retired from mosquito management and will miss her even more now.

Rhonda was a great friend and sister-in-law to me.   She was part of our family for over 15 years and she always  brought a joyful presence into any event she attended.   I sincerely cherish those times and have always enjoyed our relationship  throughout the years.  I miss her so much and I am sorry she is gone.   I wish the very best to her family and loved ones.

Rhonda had a unique and vibrant personality. The energy she brought to a room and her firecracker spirit made everything more fun . I'll never forget turning the corner from McIntosh onto Ashton Rd seeing her in full safety gear with a 30lbs plus back pack working once was then the railroad tracks,an A constant mosquito breeding area. She still looked like a runaway model. Summer heat and all. This we named her lovely railroad Rhonda . Most of all Rhonda knew how to be a good friend. When someone helps you and their struggles are bigger than your own,that's not help that's I true friend . She will be an empty space in my heart yet a loving memory in my soul.

I worked with Rhonda at Sarasota Mosquito Management  for three years.  It was always a pleasure to spend the day with her. She was so knowledgeable,  I learned things every day, and in a helpful and enjoyable atmosphere. 

Our early morning coffee group was always a fun get together.   I am so sorry to hear She is gone.

I had the pleasure of working with Rhonda (and Isaac) for several years at Sarasota County Mosquito Management. She was a dedicated public health servant in preventing and combatting mosquito-borne diseases. She was a very kind to me as a colleague and I am saddened to hear of her passing. My thoughts are with Isaac and family in this difficult time.

We here at Mosquito Management will Greatly miss Rhonda.
She had a tenacious spirit, she wouldn't stop the work until it was complete.
When it came to mosquitos she was just as tenacious till she found the root cause.
She was a Great Tech, Person, and Friend.
She is greatly missed.

Rhonda gave me my first job after I relocated to Sarasota from South Dakota.  We were best friends from then on.  She will certainly be missed. My deepest sympathies to her long time companion, Isaac, and to her family.
