Visitation will be held Friday from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Palms-Robarts Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, 1:00pm at the funeral home with interment following at Palms-Robarts Memorial Park.
Survivors include his loving wife of 35 years, Betty; four daughters: Sybyl Gant of St. Petersburg, Kimberly Parris of Somerset, NJ, Candace Williams of Winter Haven and Dina Clark of Cape Coral, FL; a son, Willie III of Sarasota, eighteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Mr. Jackson was a member of the 1967 Booker High School Tornado's Basketball Champions.
He retired from the Long Boat Key Police Department in 2009.
He was an avid sports fan, especially the Buc's and had a passion for cooking.
