Earl "Buck" Lambert Jr.

Earl (Buck) Lambert Jr., age 86 of Merrillville, IN, passed away in the presence of his loving family on May 22, 2016. Grateful to have shared 61 wonderful years with his beloved wife Mildred who proceeded him in death four years ago. He was proud of the yearshe spent with his children and grandchildren.

He was a member of the VFW in Calumet City, IL. He was retired from Ford Motor Stamping Plant in Chicago Heights, IL. He is survived by daughter: Karen (David) Lambert-Freer of Schererville, IN, Tami (Joseph) Walters of Valparaiso, IN, and Sheri (Scott) Bellar of

Schererville, IN; and sons: Michael (Bonnie) Lambert of Churubusco, IN and Thomas Lambert of Columbia City, IN; He was the beloved grandfather

to Johanna (Adam) Starr (daughter of Michael), Elijah Lambert (son of Thomas), Alexzondria and Drake Walters (daughter and son of Tami), and Cordilia and Connor Bellar (daughter and son of Sheri), and loving uncle of many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father Earl Lawrence Lambert, mother Lillian Lambert, sister Lillian (Dolly) Paul, brother Richard Lambert and grandson Anthony Lambert (son of Thomas). Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 8178 S. Cline Ave. (one-half mile south of U.S. 30) Schererville, IN with Michael Lambert, Minister officiating. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens, Schererville, IN.
