Beverly Jean Thomas

She is preceded in death by her parents, Iris and Paul, her sister, Margie, and her longtime companion of 32 years, Frank LaConte Jr. She is survived by brother Doug (Sheryl), niece Robin (Aaron), nephews John (Brad), Mike (Andrea), Mark (Jeccica), Matt (Crystal) and Doug Jr. (Kelly), their children, and all her beloved friends, neighbors & co-workers [as well as her precious housemate & dog, Gertie].

Bev lived in Thornton, CO in childhood and then Westminster, CO for 32 years where she managed her partner Frank’s medical practice. After Frank’s death in 2006, she began dividing her time between CO and AZ, and in 2008 she moved to Chandler, AZ full-time, with her mother Iris, when she began the work she loved for McKesson Pharmaceuticals. After Iris’ death in 2009, Bev remained in Chandler until 2015, when she moved to Scottsdale, AZ (and a one-mile! commute to McKesson). Throughout her years in AZ she was an active and vital member at All Saints Episcopal Church in Phoenix, earning a posthumous vestry commendation for her dedicated service to the parish.

Please join us for inurnment of Bev’s ashes at Crown Hill Cemetery 7777 W. 29th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO on June 26th 2021 at 2:30 p.m. Reception on site following the graveside service.
