Billy Hugh Hulsey, age 89, of Phoenix, Arizona was born on November 9, 1931 and passed away on October 15, 2021.
He was a proud member of IBEW Local #640, and an USAF veteran. He is back with the love of his life, Hazel, she has been waiting for him. Bill had 5 children: Bill Michael, Monte, Bill Hugh Jr., David Otho, and Laura Ann. He passed peacefully with a smile on his face.
